As the official authority, SCFI oversees the organization of both national and international sport climbing competitions in collaboration with its state associations. SCFI is tasked with ensuring the technical integrity of sport climbing competitions, approving member state associations and their respective events, and finalizing the calendar and schedule of events throughout the year.
